Effective Date:
VenueMT is a product of Beartooth Labs Software LLC, based in Missoula, Montana.
By using VenueMT, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Platform
VenueMT allows venue owners to list availability and customers to request bookings.
We do not own or operate the venues listed on the platform.
Booking Process
- Customers submit booking requests
- Venue owners review and approve or decline requests
- Approved bookings may require a deposit
- Bookings are not confirmed until the required deposit is paid
Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe).
VenueMT charges a small platform fee on each successful booking. This fee is deducted from the venue's payout and is not charged to the customer.
VenueMT is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual venue owner.
VenueMT does not guarantee refunds and is not responsible for disputes between customers and venue owners.
Platform Role
VenueMT acts as a facilitator between customers and venue owners.
We are not responsible for:
- The condition or quality of a venue
- Event outcomes
- Disputes between users
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Provide false information
- Attempt to bypass the booking/payment system
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
VenueMT and Beartooth Labs Software LLC are not liable for:
- Lost profits
- Event cancellations
- Damages resulting from bookings or venue use
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updates.
