How do I book a venue on VenueMT?
Open a venue's page, pick an open date, and send a request with your name, email, and guest count. Nothing is charged when you send it. The venue replies by email, and if they approve, your date is held for 48 hours while you pay online.
When do I pay, and how much?
You pay only after the venue approves your date. Every venue page shows the price for the day and how much you pay online to book: either the full price, or a deposit with the rest paid to the venue. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Is VenueMT free for venue owners?
Yes. There are no monthly fees or setup costs. VenueMT keeps a 3% platform fee only when a guest pays for a booking.
How do venue owners get paid?
Owners connect a Stripe account. When a guest pays, the money goes to the owner's bank account through Stripe, minus the platform fee.
